Reposting gets expensive
The same role posted again costs more each time. A company advertising one job for six months pays for the privilege.
Applications are limited
Ten a day. Enough to job hunt seriously, not enough to fire off two hundred without reading any of them.
Hires are confirmed by both sides
A company marking a role filled names who they hired, and that person has to agree. Silence is a matter of record.
Qué puedes hacer
Si buscas trabajo
Search by what you want — and what you don't
Tag the skills you want, and the ones you refuse. Say you do not want to work on AI and those jobs disappear from your results entirely, rather than being ranked slightly lower.
See a company's hiring record before you apply
Postings made, hires confirmed, claims nobody agreed to. A company that has advertised eleven times and never confirmed a hire cannot hide it.
Stay invisible until you choose otherwise
Companies cannot see you unless you apply, or unless you mark yourself open to being approached. That is your switch, not theirs.
No CV upload, ever
Your profile is the application. No parsing a PDF into a form that loses half of it, no CV sitting in a database you cannot see.
Block a company and never see it again
Blocking is private. Enough blocks from enough people is a public flag on that company.
Si estás contratando
Must-have and nice-to-have, kept apart
Mark a skill required or merely preferred. Candidates search on both, so a preference does not silently become a barrier.
Say what a country actually means
Where someone must live, where you can employ them, where you can pay an invoice. Three different promises, and the board treats them as three, so remote roles match honestly.
Search candidates by percentage fit
Scored against your own posting: required skills count double, and anyone who has ruled out one of your requirements is excluded rather than shown at the bottom.
Buy credits, not subscriptions
Posting spends credits. Bigger packs cost less per posting, and the price for the same role climbs each time you post it again.
Talk on the platform
Message applicants directly. No phone numbers, no email addresses, no forms on another site — the application is complete where it is made.
Lo que no haremos
Most of these are decisions to give something up. They are listed because a promise you can check is worth more than one you cannot.
Your information is not sold
Not to recruiters, not to data brokers, not as an anonymised export. The business model is subscriptions and credits, so there is nothing to make back.
No public API
Convenient for integrations, and equally convenient for the bots that make job boards unusable. Everything here is done by hand, deliberately.
Discriminatory requirements are reportable
Asking about sex, orientation, religion or age in a posting or a first contact is a report reason that counts against the company.
No contact details required
No phone number, no email exchange. Conversations happen here, which is also what makes the reporting above enforceable.
Cuando quieras
La aplicación funciona en el navegador, en iOS y en Android. Una sola cuenta para todo.
